Frequently Asked Questions
Is my monthly payment a fee?
No. Your $199 monthly investment is deposited directly into your personal Skintellect account. One hundred percent of your payment belongs to you and can be used toward eligible services and products.
Do my membership credits expire?
While your membership remains active, each monthly credit is valid for one year from the date it is earned. If you decide to cancel your membership, any remaining credits will stay available for 60 days after cancellation.
Is there a commitment?
Yes. The Tealed Exclusive Membership includes a six-month minimum commitment because achieving beautiful, healthy skin takes consistency. As your membership continues, you’ll unlock additional rewards and exclusive benefits.
Can I combine my membership discount with other promotions?
Membership discounts cannot be stacked with promotional pricing. However, you can still use your accumulated membership credits toward promotional offers. Members also receive exclusive promotions throughout the year that aren’t available to the public.
Your membership discounts can also be combined with rewards programs such as Alle, Aspire, and our Tealed Tokens.
