SCHEDULING

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you schedule your next appointment. Your first consultation is complimentary; however, we do require a card on file for the purposes of our cancellation policy. To secure a treatment appointment, a $100 deposit is required, which will be applied towards your treatment. We recommend scheduling your next service before leaving our office to ensure availability.

PAYMENT INFO

For your convenience, we accept payments by cash and debit/credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.  No checks please.
For patients interested in financing:
  • We accept CareCredit and Cherry Payment Plans. See Payment Plans for more information
  • For package treatments, we offer an In-house payment plan option, allowing you to split the total cost into two equal payments. With this plan, the first half is due before or during your initial session, and the remaining balance is due before or at your second session.
Individual sessions are to be paid in advance or at your scheduled appointment (may be subject to a reservation fee).

SPECIAL NEEDS

Your comfort and well-being are our top priorities. Before your treatment, kindly inform us of any special needs or medical conditions, such as pregnancy, injuries, allergies, disabilities, or illnesses. This allows us to tailor your service for your utmost comfort, ensuring you receive the best possible experience and results.

PUNCTUALITY

 

We kindly request that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. When you book with us, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unforeseen delays can happen, and at Skintellect, we strive to be as flexible as possible. To ensure we provide timely service for all patients, our policy offers the following options if you’re running late:

  1. You may choose to shorten your treatment, which will still count as a full session. For certain treatments and areas, you may book additional time to complete the session, which may require an additional booking fee.

  2. Alternatively, you can reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time; however, a cancellation fee will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule an appointment, and we kindly ask for fair notice. Our policy requires all patients to provide at least 48 hours’ notice, which allows us to accommodate other patients. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee or, if applicable, the session will be counted as a treatment from your package. Please note that same-day cancellations or notices will be treated as a no-show, and the same cancellation policy will apply.

REFUNDS

If you purchase a service or package and the services have not been rendered, you may request a refund in writing within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, we are unable to process refunds, but you can apply your credit toward any of our services or products.

If services have been rendered from a package and you request a refund within the 60-day period, the full price of any completed treatments (not the package discount rate) will be deducted from the total amount paid. The remaining balance can be issued as a credit.

Once all services or packages are completed, refunds are no longer applicable. Please note that skincare products are non-refundable.

CHILDREN

For the safety of your child, children are not permitted in any of our laser or treatment rooms.

Additionally, we are unable to provide childcare on our premises. Please ensure you have made appropriate arrangements for the supervision of your children during your appointment.

CONSIDERATION FOR PATIENTS WHO ARE MINORS

We give special consideration to patients under the age of 18. Patients aged 15 to 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian before their first service. For patients under 15, a parent or guardian must be present throughout the entire appointment.

PRIVACY POLICY

Skintellect Laser & Aesthetics is a HIPPA compliant facility.  We respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting and securely manage all of the personal info you choose to share with us.  During your visit, personal information is collected in order to facilitate communication, the safely delivery of services and/or the completion of an order.  We will not sell, share, or rent your info to third parties in any ways different from what’s disclosed in this statement.
