At Skintellect Laser & Aesthetics, we pride ourselves on offering the best care for our clients. Please make yourself aware of our company policies and procedures described below. Our policies have been designed to ensure you have a truly enjoyable visit with us.
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you schedule your next appointment. We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving Skintellect Clinic.
Any services purchased must be paid in advance. Payments by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Please keep in mind that our prices are subject to change without notice.
Gratuities are not included in your total amount. It is common practice to tip 15% – 20% of the original service price. Please feel free to extend a gratuity as a result of your clinic experience, they are greatly appreciated. Gratuities are accepted in the form of cash or credit card.
Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any special needs or medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, disabilities or illnesses. This will help us customize your service to ensure your maximum enjoyment and benefit.
We respectfully request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at Skintellect, your appointment is scheduled time allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:
- You may opt to shorten your treatment
- You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a cancellation charge will be incurred.
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a $40 cancellation fee or marked as no-show and counted as treatment provided from client’s package deal (if applicable).
If a service or package of services is purchased, and the services were NOT rendered, you may cancel and request a refund in writing. Refunds will be provided, however, a $50 Consultation fee will be deducted from the total amount originally paid. If services were rendered for a package, and a refund is request prior to completion of a package, the cost of a FULL PRICED treatment (NOT package discount price) will be deducted from the total amount paid for services rendered, in addition to the $50 consultation fee, and then the difference will be refunded. Once ALL services / packages have been rendered NO REFUND POLICY will be applied. We are sorry, Skin Care products and Spa Services are not refundable.
When you purchase a course of treatments, you will receive a discounted price. Because of this discounted price, the payment is to be made at the beginning of your course. Unfortunately, these courses are not refundable.
We do not accept medical insurance at this time. We will happily provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company upon request.
Skintellect Laser & Aesthetics respects your privacy and is committed to protecting and securely managing all of the personal information that you choose to share with us. During your visit, you will be required to share personally identifiable information, such as your first and last name, physical address, telephone number or e-mail address and Medical History. We collect this information in order to facilitate the safety delivery of services and/or the completion of an order. We will not sell, share, or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. We are a HIPPA compliant facility.
We are unable to watch children on our premises. Please make proper arrangements for the supervision of your children during your session.
Consideration for Clients Who Are Minors.
We give special consideration to clients who are under the age of 18. Clients between 15 and 18 years old must present written permission from their parents or guardian prior to their first service. Clients under 15 years old must have a parent or guardian present at all times.
