Morpheus8 is an advanced skin treatment that combines microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) energy to contour, resurface, and tighten the skin. It stimulates collagen production deep within the skin, improving texture, reducing fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging, and promoting a youthful, glowing appearance.

Morpheus8 can help tighten loose skin, soften fine lines and wrinkles, improve acne scars, minimize enlarged pores, refine skin texture, reduce mild skin laxity, and stimulate long-term collagen production. It is a versatile treatment for both the face and body. The treatment has minimal cosmetic downtime so most patients resume their normal activities within a day or two.

Morpheus8 uses tiny insulated microneedles to deliver controlled radiofrequency energy into the deeper layers of the skin. This creates micro-injuries while heating the underlying tissue, stimulating collagen remodeling and elastin production. As the skin heals, it becomes firmer, smoother, and more youthful-looking.

A Morpheus8 treatment typically takes 30–60 minutes, depending on the treatment area. A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand for about an hour to maximize comfort. We also offer Pro-Nox (laughing gas) which many of our patients love for Morpheus8. During treatment, patients usually feel pressure and warmth as the radiofrequency energy is delivered into the skin. Your provider will go over individual post care, such as staying out of the sun and keeping the area well moisturized.

Most patients see noticeable results after one treatment, but for optimal outcomes, a series of 3-4 sessions spaced about 6-8 weeks apart is often recommended. Often times we will combine Morpheus8 with ClearLase, Laser Pigment Removal, or Fotona 4D. Your provider will customize a treatment plan based on your specific goals.

At Skintellect, our Morpheus8 treatment is generally well-tolerated, and a topical numbing cream is applied for an hour to ensure your comfort during the procedure. Most of our patients use our Pro-Nox (laughing gas) which enhances your experience and also keeps you comfortable. You may feel a slight warming sensation or mild discomfort, but most patients report minimal pain with our pain management options.

Morpheus8 has minimal downtime. You may experience mild redness, swelling, or small scabs for a few days after treatment, but these side effects usually resolve quickly. You may experience peeling and flaking for about a week as the area heals. Most patients can resume their normal activities within 24-48 hours. It is important to avoid sun exposure for a minimum of 2 weeks.

Initial improvements in skin texture and tone can be seen within a few days, with more dramatic results appearing as collagen production increases over the following weeks. Full results typically take a few months to become fully apparent after completing the recommended sessions, and they continue to improve overtime.
