Agreement between User and www.skintellectonline.com
The www.skintellectonline.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Skintellect Laser & Aesthetics (“Skintellect”). www.skintellectonline.com is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of www.skintellectonline.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these Terms carefully and keep a copy for your records.
www.skintellectonline.com is an E-Commerce website.
The purpose of this Site is to provide information about the products and services offered by Skintellect Laser & Aesthetics. Skintellect Laser & Aesthetics provides advanced cosmetic, non-invasive, and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to BOTOX® and other neuromodulators, Fotona laser treatments, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, injectable services, and skincare products.

RELATIONSHIP WITH SKINTELLECT LLC
Skintellect LLC provides access to information regarding aesthetic and wellness services, consultations, and related offerings. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
Skintellect LLC does not provide medical services directly through the Site. Services may include access to licensed healthcare providers through in-office appointments or telehealth platforms. Skintellect LLC employs or contracts with licensed medical providers and clinicians (“Providers”) who deliver certain Services.
Use of the Site does not establish a patient-provider relationship. Content provided is informational only and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Certain conditions or concerns may require in-person evaluation, and telehealth services may not be appropriate in all cases. Providers may determine that an in-office visit is necessary and may decline telehealth services for specific concerns.
TELEHEALTH & HIPAA COMPLIANCE
When Services require care by a licensed provider, telehealth consultations are conducted by Providers licensed in the state where the patient is located and delivered through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms.
PHARMACY SERVICES
Skintellect LLC does not operate as a pharmacy and does not control pharmacy services.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using the Site, you consent to receive communications electronically, including notices, disclosures, messages, and reports. Electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written notice.
You are responsible for reviewing communications. Skintellect LLC is not liable for any loss or injury resulting from your failure to read or act upon communications or treatment recommendations.
ACCESS RIGHTS & ELIGIBILITY
The Site is hosted in the United States and intended for use only where lawful. Users accessing from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Some third parties may not be HIPAA covered entities. Where Skintellect LLC acts as a business associate, it complies with applicable HIPAA requirements. Information not classified as Protected Information may be used as permitted by the Privacy Policy.
Providers maintain Notices of Privacy Practices describing how PHI is used and disclosed. Use of Services constitutes acknowledgment of receipt of these notices.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Skintellect LLC may investigate, suspend, or terminate access for misuse of the Site. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
Impersonating any person or entity
Engaging in illegal activity
Accessing the Site where prohibited by law
Concealing illegal funds or products
Collecting user data without authorization
Disrupting Site functionality or security
Uploading malware or harmful code

PAYMENTS
You agree to pay all fees for Services requested. Prices may change at any time. Payment information may be stored for processing late cancellations, missed appointments, failed payments, subscriptions, or outstanding balances.
Certain Services may be offered on a subscription basis and billed automatically. Subscriptions may be canceled per provider policies.
Unless otherwise stated in a refund policy, all fees are non-refundable.
TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. Skintellect LLC may terminate access at any time for violations. Certain provisions survive termination.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Skintellect LLC. No agency, partnership, or employment relationship is created.
ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign your rights. Skintellect LLC may assign these Terms in connection with business transfers or restructuring.
