Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is here to help you book your next appointment. First-time consultations are complimentary; however, a card on file is required to secure appointments and in accordance with our cancellation policy. A $100 deposit is required for treatment appointments, which will be applied toward your service. We recommend scheduling your next service before leaving the office to ensure availability.
We accept cash and major debit/credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks.

For package treatments, we offer an in-house payment plan: the total cost can be split into two equal payments. The first payment is due before or during your initial session, and the second payment is due before or at your second session, or after 60 days, whichever comes first.
Individual sessions must be paid in full in advance or at the time of your appointment (may include a reservation fee).
Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. Please inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, injuries, allergies, disabilities, or other special needs prior to your treatment. This allows us to customize your service and ensure the best experience and results.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
If you are running late, you may:
Shorten your treatment, which will still count as a full session (additional time may require an extra fee).
Reschedule for a more convenient time (cancellation fees may apply).
We understand that plans change. To accommodate other patients, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Late cancellations within the 48 hour window or no-shows will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
For prepaid services or packages, missed sessions may be deducted from your package balance.
For rescheduling within the 48 hour window, the same policy applies.
Unused Packages:
Full refunds available if requested in writing to [email protected] within 15 days of purchase.
After 15 days, unused packages may be converted into credits for other services or products.
Partially Used Packages:
Packages are non-refundable once a treatment has been redeemed.
Refund requests within 15 days for partially used packages will deduct the full single-treatment value before calculating remaining credit.
Promotional Packages & Gift Cards:
Promotional packages and discounted services are final sale and non-refundable.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
Package Validity:
Packages are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Expiration may vary based on the treatment and number of sessions.
Product Refund Policy:
All skincare product sales are final.
Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
Credit Policy:
Credits issued for refunds or unused services are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and may be applied toward any service or product.

By purchasing a service or package, you agree to abide by these terms.
For safety, children are not permitted in laser or treatment rooms. Childcare is not provided; please make appropriate arrangements.
Patients under 18:
Ages 15–18 require written parental consent before their first service.
Under 15, a parent or guardian must be present for the entire appointment.

Information is collected to facilitate communication, safely deliver services, and complete orders.
We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information except as disclosed in this policy.
Personal data may be used internally for service-related purposes and marketing only with your consent.
