Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you schedule your next appointment. Your first consultation is complimentary; however, we do require a card on file for the purposes of our cancellation policy. To secure a treatment appointment, a $100 deposit is required, which will be applied towards your treatment. We recommend scheduling your next service before leaving our office to ensure availability.
Your comfort and well-being are our top priorities. Before your treatment, kindly inform us of any special needs or medical conditions, such as pregnancy, injuries, allergies, disabilities, or illnesses. This allows us to tailor your service for your utmost comfort, ensuring you receive the best possible experience and results.
We kindly request that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. When you book with us, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unforeseen delays can happen, and at Skintellect, we strive to be as flexible as possible. To ensure we provide timely service for all patients, our policy offers the following options if you’re running late:
You may choose to shorten your treatment, which will still count as a full session. For certain treatments and areas, you may book additional time to complete the session, which may require an additional booking fee.
Alternatively, you can reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time; however, a cancellation fee will apply.
We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule an appointment, and we kindly ask for fair notice. Our policy requires all patients to provide at least 48 hours’ notice, which allows us to accommodate other patients. Failure to do so will result in a
• $50 fee for services valued below $250.
• $100 fee for services valued at $250 or higher.
Or, if applicable, for Prepaid services or packages: If the appointment is part of a prepaid package, the missed session may be deducted/redeemed from the package balance.
Please note that same-day cancellations or notices will be treated as a no-show, and the same cancellation policy will apply.
Refunds for Unused Packages:
– Refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected].
– After 15 days from purchase, no refunds will be issued. Any remaining sessions can be converted into a credit for other services or products.
– Unused packages (no services redeemed) are eligible for a full refund if requested within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, no refunds will be issued.
– Instead of a refund, any unused package credit can be applied toward other services or products at Skintellect Laser & Aesthetics.
Refunds for Partially Used Packages:
– Once a treatment has been redeemed from a package, the package is non-refundable.
– If a refund request is made within the 15-day window for a partially used package, the full single-treatment price (non-package rate) will be deducted for each redeemed service before calculating any remaining credit.
Promotional Packages:
– Promotional packages and discounted services are final sale and non-refundable.
– No Refund on gift card purchases.
Product Refund Policy
– All skincare product sales are final. Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been purchased.
– Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
Credit Policy
– Any credits issued for refunds or unused services are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
– Credits can be applied toward any service or product at Skintellect Laser & Aesthetics.
Additional Terms
– Skintellect Laser & Aesthetics reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Please refer to our website or contact us for the most current version.
– By purchasing a service or package, you agree to abide by the terms of this policy.
For the safety of your child, children are not permitted in any of our laser or treatment rooms.
Additionally, we are unable to provide childcare on our premises. Please ensure you have made appropriate arrangements for the supervision of your children during your appointment.
We give special consideration to patients under the age of 18. Patients aged 15 to 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian before their first service. For patients under 15, a parent or guardian must be present throughout the entire appointment.
Skintellect Laser & Aesthetics is a HIPPA compliant facility. We respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting and securely manage all of the personal info you choose to share with us. During your visit, personal information is collected in order to facilitate communication, the safely delivery of services and/or the completion of an order. We will not sell, share, or rent your info to third parties in any ways different from what’s disclosed in this statement.
