As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving growth, patient engagement, and member retention. You’ll combine sales, marketing, and concierge-style support to ensure new and existing patients feel valued, informed, and confident in their treatment journey. This role goes beyond typical front desk or marketing duties—you’ll collaborate with ownership and team leads to execute campaigns, plan events, and create exceptional experiences for our Tealed Exclusive Members.
This position is perfect for someone with 2+ years of sales experience (med spa, aesthetics, or cosmetics preferred) who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best.

As our Aesthetic Medical Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our providers and ensuring seamless clinical operations. You’ll work hands-on alongside our NP and PA, assisting with laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments while maintaining the highest standards of safety, precision, and professionalism. This role goes beyond traditional medical assisting—you will be an integral part of the patient journey, helping create an experience that feels both luxurious and deeply personalized.
This position is ideal for someone with 1+ years of experience in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. You are proactive, polished, highly organized, and passionate about helping patients look and feel their best while being part of a high-performing, team-oriented culture.
At Skintellect Laser & Aesthetics, we are a premier medical aesthetics practice serving the Tampa Bay community for over 10 years, known for delivering science-backed results in a modern, high-touch environment. Our Guest Relations team plays a key role in creating the exceptional experience our patients have come to expect.
As our Patient Concierge, you will be the face and voice of Skintellect, providing warm, polished, and personalized service at every touchpoint. You’ll combine concierge-level hospitality with strong organizational and sales skills to ensure each patient feels welcomed, informed, and confident throughout their journey. This role goes beyond traditional front desk duties—you’ll directly support patient retention, membership growth, and clinic success.
This position is ideal for someone bilingual in English and Spanish with at least one year of customer service or front desk experience (preferably in a med spa or aesthetic setting) who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences.
